B.Tech. I^st Year

ADMISSION PROCESS:-

In accordance with the Guidelines of the State Govt.the centralized online counseling for admission to B.Tech. 1st year will be conducted through Coordinator, REAP-2018 (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) by Centre for Electronic Governance, Jaipur under the following criteria:

70% of seats total intake (Candidates from the state of Rajasthan) will be filled through JEE (Mains) 2018 rank based merit and through Class-12 Marks/percentile

15% of seats total intake (Candidates from Outside Rajasthan) will be filled through JEE (Mains) 2018 rank based merit and through Class-12 Marks/percentile

15% of seats total intake under Management seats (Candidates from the state will be Rajasthan and Outside Rajasthan) to be filled at the Institute's Level

NOTE:-

• All the candidates who have appeared in JEE (Mains) exam 2018 are eligible for online registration in REAP-2018, irrespective of their obtained rank. Candidates who could not appear in the JEE (Mains) exam 2018 due to any reason are also eligible for online registration in REAP-2018. The candidates who are registering on the basis of class-12 result are instructed to upload their class 12^th mark sheet, on REAP-2018 web portal.
• JEE (Mains) 2018 rank will be given 1st priority and 2nd priority to class-12 result later. Coordinator REAP-2018 will announce the merit list.

·   TUITION FEE WAIVER SCHEME (TFWS): 5% extra seats are reserved for the candidates of economically depressed class candidates of Rajasthan. The Parents w income is less than Rs. 6.00 Lakh per annum from all sources shall be eligible for a seat under this scheme. To apply under this category candidate should select proper option while filling the Registration/choice form.

·   KASHMIRI MIGRANTS (KM): 5% extra seats are reserved for Kashmiri Residents candidates from Candidates are required to submit a domicile certificate  of the state of Jammu & Kashmir.

·   SUPERNUMERARY SEATS: 2 seats per branch or maximum of 10 seats are reserved for the candidates who belong to J&K state and wish to take admission in other states. In order of avail the seats, a candidate must have passed class 10+2 (XII) exam from J&K Board or/ CBSE-J&K and is willing to study outside Jammu & Kashmir. The annual combined income of parents should be less than Rs. 6.00 lakh per annum from all the sources. ·   ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:- Candidate must have passed class 10+2  (Class XII) or equivalent examination with 45% (round number) aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks in the case of candidates belonging to SC (Scheduled Caste)/ ST (Scheduled Tribe)/ OBC (Other Backward Class- Non Creamy Layer)/ SBC (Special Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer) of Rajasthan State) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE) or any other recognized equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education/ Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Combination of subjects is given below:

Candidates must have passed in each individual subject of above mentioned combination and fulfil the required minimum academic qualification from any recognized Board/ University/ Institution.

AGE:- Candidates must be of 18 years on or afterbirth on or after October 01, 1993 (on or after October 01, 1988 in case of candidates belonging to SC (Scheduled Caste)/ ST (Scheduled Tribe) and PwD (Person with Disability).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:- Candidates are advised to bring two sets of self-attested photocopies of the original documents and all the original documents are required for verification at the time of admission. All the original documents should be submitted on or before 30 July 2018 for University Enrollment Process. These documents will be returned after university enrollment.

FEES STRUCTURE:-

• Fees structure of our Institute is determined by State Level Fee determination Committee, Govt. of Rajasthan and affiliating University. The details of fees are as mentioned below:-
