REAP 2018 Notification has been released now. REAP 2018 (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) is organized for admission to the first year of B.Tech/BE/B.Arch programme in Rajasthan. No entrance exam is conducted by the authority. The admission to the B.Tech courses is based of JEE Main score (Paper 1) or class 12th merit. This admission process is managed by the Government of Rajasthan. It is a gateway to get admission in various Government and Private technical institutions of Rajasthan (except MNIT Jaipur, BITS Pilani, and other Deemed & Private Universities). Here, we have mentioned the complete details about REAP 2018.
Important Note:- Candidates are advised to fix their mobile number and email ID before applying in REAP-2018. Candidates should not change their mobile number and email ID during the process of counseling/admission in REAP-2018 as all the communication would be made by the REAP-2018 office on the registered mobile number and email ID. No postal communication would be done. Candidates are advised not to disclose their login id and password of REAP-2018 web portal to anybody else.

REAP APPLICATION FORM 2018
Candidates are informed to read the information brochure carefully before filling the REAP 2018 application form.
· Candidates have to fill & submit the application form through online mode from the website.
· The application form will be available from 1st June to 30th June 2018.
· Aadhaar number is mandatory for the registration.
· If the candidate does not presently have a Aadhaar card, then he/she may register by mentioning the Aadhaar acknowledgement receipt number and subsequently uploading the scanned copy of Aadhaar acknowledgement receipt.
· Candidates are advised to register on the basis of JEE Main 2018 rank as JEE Main 2018 rank will be given higher priority in comparison to class 12th marks/percentile in preparing the combined merit list during all the stages of counseling in REAP 2018.
· If a candidate registers on the basis of class 12th marks/percentile, it is mandatory for him/her to upload class 12th mark sheet (from a recognized board).
· Candidates have to upload their recent passport size color photograph and signature.
· The size of the photograph should not exceed 100 KB (maximum) & size of a signature not exceeds 50 KB (maximum). The images should be in JPEG format.
· The candidates will have to fill marks obtained in XII or equivalent examination as well as JEE (Mains)-2018 rank (If appeared).
· Keep the print copy of the application form for further reference.
· There is no need to submit the application form through offline mode.
DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION:
· Scanned image Photograph/Signature.
· Scanned images of JEE Main 2018 rank card. (If applicable)
· Scanned images of mark sheets of Class 10+2(Class XIIth) or equivalent examination.
· Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card or Acknowledgement receipt of Aadhaar card.
· Scanned image of Marksheet / board certificate containing date of birth.
APPLICATION FEE:
· The application fee is Rs. 700. The fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
· Candidates can make payment through E-Mitra Kiosk or through online payment via Bill Desk (credit card/debit card/net banking/ATM card).
· Keep safe the generated E-Mitra code and transaction code for further use.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN B.TECH./ B.E. COURSES:
· A candidate must ensure that he/she is eligible for admission to various Governments and private technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed to be Universities and Private Universities) before filling up the REAP-2018 Application cum Registration Form.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR B.TECH/B.E. COURSES:
· For General Class, Candidate at least 45% marks.
· For “SC/ST/Non creamy layer OBC/ Non creamy layer MBC” of Rajasthan State, Candidate at least 40% marks in the subjects combination as given below taken together.
· Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech./B.E. courses shall be as under:
AGE:
· Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1993 are eligible.
· In the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person with Disability (PwD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.
· i.e. SC, ST and PwD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1988 are eligible
MEDICAL FITNESS:
· A candidate desirous of admission to Engineering Colleges will have to deposit the Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of reporting in the allotted institution on the prescribed form certified by a Medical Officer of the Government of Rajasthan or a Registered Medical Practitioner as per medical standards laid down below:
· Height: Not less than 1.5 m for male candidates and not less than 1.4 m for female candidates.
· Weight: Not less than 41 kg for male candidates and 37 kg for female candidates (Approximately).
· Chest Measurement: Not less than 69 cm with satisfactory limits of expansion and contraction (for male candidates only).
· Heart & Lungs: No abnormality.
· Hernia, Hydrocele, Piles etc.: Presence of any of these will be a temporary disqualification to be rectified before joining the courses of study.
· Vision: Normal. Where defective, it must be corrected to 6/9 in the better eye and 6/12 in the worse eye. Eyes should be free from congenital and other diseases. In case of admission to Mining Engineering courses, the candidates must be free from colour blindness (inability to distinguish between principal colours) also.
· Hearing: Normal. Where defective, it must be corrected.
· Speech: Normal.
Note:- The doctor will also have to certify that the candidate is medically fit for engineering profession.

The selection of the candidate in B.Tech course is provide on the basis of JEE Main (Paper 1) score. Candidate are also selected on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in 10+2 examination. 100% seats will be filled through the JEE Main score. In case, any seat will be remain vacant then, the seat will be filled through 12th board percentile.
For B.Arch course, the first preference will be given to the candidates, those qualify JEE Main (Paper 2) exam. After that, the admission into B.Arch will given to the candidates who pass 10+3 or 12th or International Baccalaureate Diploma (50% weightage) + NATA 2017/2018 Valid Score.
The following would be the priority sequence for the merit list for the eligible candidates who participate/registered in the special round:
REAP COUNSELLING 2018:
The conducting authority will organize a centralized counselling for direct admission. The counselling procedure is given below:
Choice Filling & Locking:
After a few weeks of the form submission, the choice filling process will be started. Duration of submission of the online application form will be from 01/06/2018 to 30/06/2018. However the last date for depositing the fees (Application cum Registration Fee) through REAP web portal will be 29/06/2018, no separate counselling fee is applicable for choice filling. In this process, candidates have to exercise choice filling. Candidates have to fill an online option form. Candidates have to choose the streams and institutes in which they want to get admission. After choice filling, it is necessary to lock the final choices. There will be three main rounds of the counseling followed by one special round in the month of August 2018.
Seat Allotment:
On the basis of the locked choices, the seat will be allotted in order of merit to the candidates. The allotment of seat will be done on the basis of the merit, locked choices & availability of seats. The REAP result 2018 will be declared on the website. The conducting authority will not send any allotment letter through offline mode to any candidates. Take the printout of the allotment letter from the website.
Documents Required at Reporting Time:
After the seat allotment, candidates have to report physically to the allotted center according to the schedule. Candidates have to present along with the given documents:
